Returns and Refunds

We’d like you to be happy with your order from Walk-in Backrub. Should you need to cancel or amend a product order it is important to contact us immediately.

When you are returning Products, please return with your proof of purchase, within 30 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them.

When we receive the products we will refund you any payment that you have made using your original payment method where appropriate. Products can also be returned in person to any of our London stores.

If you return Products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Products posted can be returned to:

Chair Massage Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel or reschedule a course booking, you must email us within 7 days of the course start date.

A notice period of 7 days is required to apply for a refund, and a £20 admin fee will be deducted. Refunded fees can be transferred to another massage course.

No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the course, in the event of failing to attend a confirmed course or cancelling within 7 days.
