COVID-19: SAFETY MEASURES
Walk-in Backrub follows strict anti-COVID safety guidelines, including rigid hygiene standards, staff lateral flow tests, not allowing any massage therapist with symptoms to work, in addition to all government-prescribed requirements.
The safety and wellbeing of our customers, clients and staff are of paramount importance to us, so we have ensured that all of our chair massages at work will be carried out in full compliance with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.
We have listed below the government guidelines that we have put in place to ensure the safety of our massage practitioners, customers, clients and staff.
Our current climate is ever-changing, and Walk-in Backrub will comply with government guidelines and guidelines issued by our professional associations.
Walk-in Backrub practitioners will be trained in Covid-19 safety policies and procedures and given the guidance, they need to ensure a safe return to on-site office visits.
All massage practitioners will continue to follow our usual cleaning procedures and we have also put in place additional steps to ensure the safety of everyone.
Self-quarantine requirements: All our massage therapists are to be quarantined for 14 days after returning from overseas.

We only provide fully clothed backrubs & will avoid massaging any skin of the client.
Government guidelines and general cleaning procedures
Our commitment to you
All our massage chairs and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned between each backrub especially the headrest and armrest with an anti-bacterial cleaner sanitiser.
Walk-in Backrub Practitioners will wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water before, in between and after all massages (or with an anti-bacterial hand sanitiser if there is no sink available).
Our massage practitioners are happy to wear a clear face visor or a face mask if requested by the company or client.
Our massage practitioners will not be allowed to work in our shops or visit companies if they are feeling unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms. And they will check their temperatures before they arrive at work or at your office.

All our office massage London Practitioners will ask staff not to have a backrub if they have a cough or any flu-like symptoms including a sore throat or temperature and we require your staff to wash their hands or sanitise before arriving for their massage
